Delete in the app
Sign in, open Account, choose Settings, scroll to Delete account, and confirm both warnings. Deletion begins immediately after the final confirmation.
Delete on the web
Sign in, open Settings, choose Account details, and use the Delete account section. If you cannot sign in, email support@mojama.cc from the account’s registered address. We will verify ownership before acting.
What is deleted
Authentication credentials and sessions are revoked. Profile details, saved locations, listings and stored listing images, questions, answers, messages and conversations, watchlists, and reviews are removed from active systems. The remaining internal user reference is de-identified so safety records can retain referential integrity.
What may be retained
We may retain minimal, access-restricted records when reasonably necessary for legal obligations, fraud and abuse prevention, safety investigations, disputes, or enforcement. Report descriptions connected to the deleting member are cleared. Backups expire through normal rotation, generally within 30 days unless a longer period is legally required.
Before deleting
Deletion cannot be undone and the same listings, messages, reviews, followers, and account history cannot be restored. Complete any open transaction and save any information you are legally entitled to keep before confirming. A future account will start as a new account.
