Be honest and respectful
Listings and communications must be accurate, relevant, and respectful. Do not deceive, threaten, shame, stalk, sexually harass, discriminate against, or impersonate another person. Do not coordinate fake engagement or reviews.
Prohibited content and goods
Do not post or offer anything illegal in the place of listing or sale, or content that facilitates harm. This includes stolen or counterfeit goods; weapons or dangerous materials where prohibited; controlled drugs; sexual services or exploitative sexual content; human trafficking; hate or extremist material; malware; financial scams; doxxing; and material that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights.
Listing quality
Use the correct category and location, a genuine price, and photos of the actual item where possible. Clearly disclose faults, replicas, restrictions, and material terms. Duplicate listings, keyword stuffing, misleading prices, contact details inserted to evade safeguards, and unavailable bait listings may be removed.
Questions, messages, and reviews
Questions and answers should concern the listing. Messages may not contain spam, threats, unwanted sexual content, payment phishing, or requests for passwords or verification codes. Reviews must reflect a genuine transaction or interaction and may not be exchanged for compensation or retaliation.
How to report
Use the Report action beside an account, listing, question, answer, or review and choose the closest reason. Add specific context without including unnecessary sensitive information. For an immediate threat, contact local emergency services first, then report to Mojama.
How we enforce
We assess the content, context, severity, history, and credible risk. Actions may include no action, reduced visibility, content removal, a warning, feature limits, transaction restrictions, temporary suspension, permanent closure, or referral to authorities. Repeated lower-severity violations can lead to stronger action. We may preserve relevant evidence even after content or an account is removed.
Appeals and urgent contact
If you believe an enforcement decision was mistaken, email support@mojama.cc from the address linked to your account, identify the content or account, and explain why the decision should be reviewed. Do not submit duplicate or abusive reports.
