Terms of Use

By using Mojama you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Community and UGC Policy. You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement and, if you are under the age of majority where you live, use Mojama only with a parent or guardian’s permission.

Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. One person may not operate deceptive or abusive duplicate accounts.

Mojama provides a venue where members can advertise, discover, and discuss goods or services. Unless a listing expressly says otherwise, Mojama is not the buyer, seller, owner, inspector, payment provider, or delivery provider. Members are responsible for checking an item, price, counterparty, payment method, and applicable law before completing a transaction.

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give Mojama a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format, translate, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, promote, and improve the service. The licence ends when the content is deleted, except for cached copies, backups, legal obligations, and material required to investigate abuse.

• Use truthful titles, descriptions, prices, categories, locations, and photos.
• Only upload content you own or have permission to use.
• Do not post illegal, unsafe, hateful, sexually exploitative, fraudulent, infringing, or privacy-invasive content.
• Do not manipulate reviews, impersonate others, send spam, or move a transaction off-platform to evade safeguards.

Members can report accounts, listings, questions, answers, and reviews. We may use automated signals and human review to investigate. Depending on context and severity, we may remove content, reduce distribution, issue a warning, restrict features, suspend or close accounts, preserve evidence, or contact authorities. Reports made in good faith are confidential to the extent reasonably possible.

Inspect items and use a safe public meeting place when appropriate. Never send money or sensitive credentials merely because another member creates urgency. Mojama does not guarantee the identity of a member, the condition or legality of a listing, or that a transaction will be completed.

You may stop using Mojama or delete your account at any time. We may restrict or end access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect members or the service, comply with law, or address security risk. We will provide notice where practical and legally permitted.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Mojama is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, member conduct, off-platform payments, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these Terms to reflect legal, safety, or product changes. Material changes will be communicated through the service or another reasonable channel before they take effect when required. Questions can be sent to support@mojama.cc.
